I wanted to share the good news that my business, Denise Bird Woven Textiles, has been selected by the Crafts Council of England as one of the most "innovative and creative emerging design talents in the U.K. this year."
They have invited me to exhibit my eco, organic and eco-therapeutic off-loom (woven) garments as part of their ‘One Year On’ @ New Designers 30th June -3rd July 2005.

The positive response to my product by the people of Bath at Green Park Station Pre-Christmas Market 2004 gave me the confidence to persue my craft as a full time career and enter self employment.
