Situated beneath the beautiful Grade II listed Green Park Station (originally named Queen Square Station), and conveniently close the city centre, the open plan offices offer desk space with natural light streaming in from the adjacent Midland Bridge Road.
The 100 year history of Green Park Station is well documented, and since closing it doors on 7th March 1966 it has been restored as office, retail and market space. Having a fantastic array of shops, cafés and markets on your doorstep is just one of the added bonuses of being based at the South Vaults.
Office space in The South Vaults is open-plan and divided into bays of between 4.8m² and 6.8m². Our packages offer fully serviced office space with 24/7 access to the centre and facilities which include a shared meeting room, a communal kitchen, toilets, break-out spaces and onsite Property Management team.
All space packages are fully serviced and allow secure 24/7 access to the Centre.
Terms & conditions
Tenants are responsible for the payment of contents & public liability insurance, any business rates, phone calls and use of the photocopier and printer.
Our contracts are really flexible - there is no fixed minimum term and tenants can give notice at any point during their contract period.
The notice period relates to the size of office you rent, and will vary from 2 – 6 months. VAT of 20% is applicable on all space and services at The South Vaults. All costs shown are inclusive of services and VAT.
